Role Description:

The Corporate Functions Tower for Group Technology (IT1.12) delivers value through the execution of transformation projects, application development, management of IT products, and consulting for Financial Regulatory Reporting and Accounting, implementing solutions to fulfill international financial standards and directives like IFRS17. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in driving the implementation of IFRS17 requirements across our organization. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of end-to-end requirements engineering including the identifying, documenting, and managing all requirements for IFRS17. You will act as a critical interface between business and IT, collaborating with stakeholders to define target business architecture and shape scalable solution designs. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end requirements engineering for Finance implementations in Insurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and Enterprise Architects to define business architecture and solution components Select the most appropriate means of representing business requirements, ensuring clarity and precision Define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and support UAT to ensure high-quality implementations. Analyse production issues and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure sustainable resolution Evaluate and prioritize requirements based on importance, stability, and quality criteria Implement and maintain a requirements methodology across multiple cross-functional developer teams, ensuring consistency and best practices
