Role Description
The Influencer / Talent Management Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying, onboarding,



and managing influencers and creative talent across social media platforms, maintaining strong relationships, and aligning talent partnerships with brand objectives. The executive will coordinate campaign briefs, negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and ensure timely content execution in collaboration with internal production, creative, and strategy teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing communication with influencers and agencies, monitoring campaign performance, resolving operational issues, and providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders. The role also requires staying current with digital trends, emerging platforms, and audience insights to recommend new talent and optimize influencer marketing strategies.
