Role :Associate Customer Support Executive.
Job description :
- Role: Customer Support.
- Industry Type- BPO.
- Employment Type- Full Time, Permanent.
- Education Qualification- Intermediate or Any Graduation.
- Work Location: Secunderabad. (Work from Office)
- 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
- Day rotational shift.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide information.
- Explaining about products.
- Handling calls related to quries, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Must solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Eligibility Criteria: -
1. Basic English and positive communication skills in Malayalam
2. Freshers and experienced can apply.
3. Sales experience would be an advantage.
4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.
5. Immediate Joiners preferred.
6.No cab facility.
