Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly.

Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

Search and identify suitable candidates based on required technical skills, experience, location, and notice period.

Screen candidates through initial telephonic and virtual interviews.

Evaluate candidate profiles and assess technical and functional suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/interview panels.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.

Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment activities in the ATS.

Negotiate salary, notice period, and other relevant employment terms with candidates.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and joining.

Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates until their date of joining.

Achieve individual and team recruitment targets within defined timelines.





Maintain good relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

Strong knowledge of the Indian IT recruitment market.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and technical skills.

Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good negotiation and candidate management skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
