Role & responsibilities

1. Client Experience & Relationship Building
- Provide a warm, personalized welcome to every client
- Understand customer preferences, occasions, and budgets to recommend suitable Jewellery
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Handle queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy

2. Product Expertise & Styling Consultation
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Polki Jewellery, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship
- Educate clients about designs, heritage value, and uniqueness of each piece
- Offer styling advice aligned with occasions like weddings, festivities, and events

3. Sales & Target Achievement
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products through effective communication and product pairing
- Contribute to store revenue growth through proactive customer engagement

4. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Ensure Jewellery displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
- Maintain store hygiene, presentation,



and ambience as per luxury retail norms
- Support in organizing in-store events and promotional activities

5. Inventory & Process Management
- Assist in stock handling including receiving, tagging, and organizing inventory
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accuracy
- Process billing and transactions accurately through POS systems

6. Market Awareness & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with Jewellery trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory
- Robust understanding of jewellery design, gemstones, and luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English required)
