We are hiring a dedicated and responsible Ladies Hostel Warden to manage day-to-day operations, ensure the safety and well-being of residents, and maintain a secure and disciplined environment in the women's hostel
Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Discipline: Enforce hostel rules and regulations, maintain discipline, and ensure a protected, secure atmosphere for all residents.
- Attendance & Records: Track daily attendance, manage incoming visitor logs, and handle student leave records.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Supervise cleaning staff, inspect room hygiene, and report maintenance needs (plumbing, electrical, water motor checks) promptly.
- Mess & Canteen Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen/canteen staff to ensure timely, hygienic meals and monitor food counts/stock.
- Student Support: Act as a local guardian,
listen to student concerns, and offer basic guidance or emergency response support.
Requirements & Skills
- Age & Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass or Graduation. Age preferred between 30 to 45 years.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior experience in hostel administration or housekeeping supervision.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and basic computer literacy for record-keeping.
