Experience: 7–11 Years
Role: Business Analyst – Talent / SAP SuccessFactors
Key Skills:
- Solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors / Talent processes
- Requirement gathering and business process analysis
- Experience in data integration, data mapping, ETL and APIs
- Prepare BRD/FRD, process flows and functional documentation
- Experience in testing, UAT and validation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central / Talent modules is preferred
- Experience working with global/virtual teams
Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field; SAP SuccessFactors certification is an added advantage.
