We are looking for an accomplished Business Development Head to lead the growth and market expansion of Gadgeon's Product Engineering Services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global business development strategy, driving revenue growth, building strategic customer relationships, expanding into new markets, and strengthening Gadgeon's position as a trusted engineering services partner.

This role requires a solid understanding of Product Engineering Services, Embedded Systems, IoT, AI/ML, Cloud, Digital Engineering, and Enterprise Software Development, along with proven experience in leading high-performing business development teams. The Business Development Head will work closely with executive leadership, delivery, pre-sales, and technology teams to drive sustainable business growth, enhance brand visibility, and establish long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall business development strategy for Gadgeon's Product Engineering Services business.




- Drive business growth by identifying new markets, strategic accounts, and emerging industry opportunities across global regions.
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, strategic partners, and key decision-makers.
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal strategy, commercial negotiations, contract closure, and customer success.
- Define account growth strategies for strategic customers and establish long-term engagement plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop differentiated customer solutions and value propositions.
