Role Description
The Student Success Associate – Post Sales (Edtech) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role focuses on supporting learners after enrollment, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, responding to queries, and guiding them through program requirements and milestones. The associate will engage with learners via calls, emails,



and chat to address concerns, encourage course completion, and improve satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal academic, operations, and product teams to resolve issues, monitoring learner progress and feedback, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or student management systems. The role also involves sharing insights to improve program delivery, contributing to student success initiatives, and upholding a learner-centric, professional approach in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Robust learner support and customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple learner cases, maintaining documentation, and meeting response timelines.
