About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, servers, desktops, CCTV, network security and DevOps-related infrastructure.



The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure in a Banking, Insurance, BPO, or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks.
2. Monitor network performance, connectivity, bandwidth, and troubleshoot network-related issues.
3. Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers, including user access, backups, storage, and system health.
4. Manage desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and other IT hardware.
5. Handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
6. Manage CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, access control, and other physical security infrastructure.
7. Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and business continuity.
