Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products/services, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to consistently achieve sales and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads and databases.
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, needs, and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
- Clearly communicate and pitch products/services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.




- Identify customer objections and address them effectively to move prospects towards conversion.
- Conduct regular lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other approved communication channels.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information, call outcomes, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding and conversion process.
- Track individual performance metrics including calls, lead engagement, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue generated.
