Role Definition
Supports manufacturing processes by performing many technical tasks while ensuring compliance with the prevailing safety and quality procedures and policies.

Responsibilities
- Executing manufacturing tasks and processes according to defined SOPs and accurately documenting data and related batch records.
- Identifying issues related to manufacturing processes and implementing process improvements.
- Providing support to manufacturing processes with activities such as validation of processes and equipment,



implementing manufacturing best practices, and reporting.
- Training current and junior employees on SOP's, safety procedures, policies and standards.

Skill Descriptors
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Level Basic Understanding:
