Were seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Consultant to strengthen our Data & Analytics practice. This is a customer-facing role blending presales, solution consulting, technical expertise, and account growth. You’ll partner with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to design scalable data solutions, advise clients, and drive business expansion.

What You’ll Do
- Presales & Consulting: Lead discovery workshops, design modern data architectures, prepare proposals/SOWs, and deliver demos/POCs.
- Data Expertise: Provide deep consulting on SQL Server, Azure SQL, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and up-to-date data platforms. Design Data Warehouses, Data Lakes/Lakehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI solutions with Power BI/Tableau.
- Customer Success: Build trusted client relationships, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and recommend modernization, cloud migration, and AI/analytics initiatives.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, review solution designs, mentor delivery teams,



and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Sales Enablement: Create reusable solution assets, case studies, and technical collateral. Support marketing with webinars, blogs, and sessions.

Skills You Bring
- Strong expertise in SQL Server (mandatory) with advanced query optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Azure Data Lake.
- Solid understanding of modern data platforms, BI, and cloud analytics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Azure certifications preferred; Fabric, Power BI, Snowflake, or Databricks certifications are a plus.
- 10–15 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics Consulting, ideally in IT services/consulting with US clients.
