We are looking for a highly experienced MDM Architect with 18-21 years of experience in enterprise data management and Master Data Management (MDM) architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-premises MDM architecture and hands-on experience with Informatica MDM / Customer 360.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 18+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Data Management and MDM.
- Strong hands-on experience in MDM on-premises architecture and solution design.
- Extensive experience with Informatica MDM / Informatica Customer 360.
- Strong understanding of MDM architecture principles, patterns, and implementation methodologies.
- Experience designing enterprise MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Reference Data.
- Strong understanding of:

- Golden Record
- Hierarchies and relationships
- Data stewardship
- Data quality
- Data governance
- Source system integration
- Master data lifecycle
- Experience designing integrations between MDM and enterprise applications using APIs, messaging, ETL, and batch interfaces.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience in performance tuning, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery for MDM platforms.
- Solid architecture documentation and stakeholder management skills.
