The Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and mission-driven
Executive Director
to lead our organization and serve as a champion for local businesses and the broader foothills community.

The Executive Director will encourage, develop, promote, and protect the general business interests of the area while helping create a thriving business community through meaningful connections, business growth opportunities, collaboration, education, and advocacy. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strong, relationship-focused leader who understands how small businesses operate and is passionate about helping them succeed. The ideal candidate will be able to create and foster a positive, welcoming, and collaborative environment for members, volunteers, community partners, and the public.

- Financially responsible and capable of working within and maintaining a budget
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Canva, social media marketing, and CRM management

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chamber
- Recruit, retain, engage, and support Chamber members
- Build strong relationships with businesses, community partners, sponsors, and volunteers
- Develop and manage marketing, communications, newsletters, press releases, social media, and community content
- Coordinate Chamber meetings, networking events, ribbon cuttings, workshops, and special events
- Develop sponsorships, marketing opportunities, and other revenue-generating programs
