Industry Preference
- Retail Industry (Preferred)
- E-commerce Industry (Preferred)
- Advertising/Media Agency Experience (Acceptable)

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com.) – Mandatory
- M.Com. (Post Graduation) – Preferred but not Mandatory
- Additional certifications in Accounting, Taxation, GST, or Tally/ERP will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage the organization's accounting operations while ensuring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, payroll, audits, and regulatory compliances. Candidates with prior experience in the retail, e-commerce,



or advertising industry will be given preference.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain books of accounts accurately and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.

Statutory & Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other financial/legal regulations applicable to the organization.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory inspections.
