About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior HR Executive
with 3–5 years of experience to manage
HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, and employee lifecycle activities
.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
agency-side HR / recruitment environments
, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both people and HR operations in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end HR operations
, including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle
end-to-end recruitment
, including JD creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Support
performance management, appraisals, increments, and performance-linked incentive processes
.
- Develop and implement
HR policies, processes, and SOPs
aligned with business objectives and best practices.




- Plan and execute
employee engagement, team-building, and culture initiatives
.
- Support
Learning & Development (L&D;)
initiatives, training programs, and employee skill development.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including
joining, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, terminations, exit interviews, clearance, and full & final settlement
.
- Maintain accurate
employee records, HR documentation, HR databases, and personnel files
.
- Coordinate
salary slips, leave administration, employee benefits, and other HR-related processes
.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and support
employee relations and grievance handling
.
- Ensure HR processes are implemented consistently across the organisation.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience
in HR, HR Operations, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
- Experience in a
recruitment agency / staffing / agency-side HR env
