Location: Vile Parle-(E)-Near by Stn
Experience: 8+ Years
Salary- 1.25lac-(Inhand)-(per Month)-15lac-(PA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product development from concept to launch.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Marketing and Production teams.
- Ensure product quality meets client, international and regulatory standards.
- Track product development timelines and projects.
- Research international market trends and develop creative products.

Desired Profile:
- 8+ years of relevant FMCG/Product Development experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Creative, dynamic and result-oriented.
- International market exposure preferred.
- FMCG/Perfumery industry experience preferred.
