Job Summary

VKODE Infotech is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, handling enquiries, and converting leads into successful customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain VKODE Infotech's courses and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Handle customer questions and follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve daily calling and conversation targets.
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
- Focus on generating quality conversations and conversions.

Daily Calling Target
- 50–60 calls – Minimum daily calling target.
- 100 calls – Target for active lead follow-up.




- Focus on quality conversations and conversions, not just call volume.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
- Basic computer/mobile knowledge.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
