Key Responsibilities / KRA
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and retargeting.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute YouTube advertising campaigns for awareness, lead generation, and retargeting.
- Create monthly and campaign-wise media plans and advertising budgets based on lead and admission targets.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, Cost Per Qualified Lead, and Cost Per Admission.
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, locations, remarketing audiences, lookalikes, and customer databases.
- Write compelling ad copies, headlines, hooks, CTAs, and campaign communication.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer/Creative Team to get required static, carousel, and video creatives developed for campaigns.
- Prepare clear creative briefs and continuously test different creatives, messaging, offers, and audience segments.
- Plan and execute WhatsApp Marketing campaigns for current leads,



retargeting, lead nurturing, database reactivation, events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute Email Marketing campaigns, including database segmentation, nurturing sequences, promotional emails, and reactivation campaigns.
- Create and manage retargeting strategies for website visitors, social media engagement, video viewers, old leads, and other warm audiences.
- Conduct regular A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, landing pages, CTAs, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the website/UI-UX team for landing page improvements and conversion optimization.
- Ensure proper campaign tracking through Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Work closely with the CRM/Admissions team to understand lead quality and lead-to-admission conversion.
