*About the Role*





The Manager – Industrial Relations & Human Resources will lead the HR and IR functions at the Jaquar manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi. This position is responsible for maintaining harmonious employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, handling contractors, and promoting a cohesive and positive work culture within the plant. The role requires robust leadership in managing people, processes, and policies to align with organizational goals while ensuring smooth industrial relations and workforce management.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Industrial Relations & Workforce Stability
- Maintain a positive IR climate with zero work disruptions
- Handle union/workmen interactions, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure adherence to standing orders and labour practices
- Support IR strategy and act as escalation point in absence of Plant HR Head

2. HR Operations & Governance
- Drive end-to-end HR operations at plant level with strong process control
- Ensure 100% statutory compli
