Role Description
The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and responding to audience interactions in a timely, professional manner.



The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align content with overall marketing strategy, support promotional initiatives, and maintain a consistent brand voice. The role also involves staying up to date with social media trends, experimenting with new formats and features, and reporting on campaign results to inform future strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand pages across major platforms.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and audience engagement.
- Experience in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with campaigns, and maintaining consistent messaging.
