Key Responsibilities
- Execute Conventional and Aluform shuttering works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise daily shuttering activities and ensure quality workmanship.
- Check alignment, levels, dimensions, and stability of formwork before concreting.
- Coordinate with reinforcement and concreting teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor shuttering labour productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Inspect shuttering before and after concreting to maintain quality standards.
- Report site issues and coordinate with Site Engineers for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of shuttering materials and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain protected working practices on site.
- Maintain daily work progress and support timely execution of project activities.
