About the role

Zime is building the execution intelligence layer for up-to-date GTM teams. We're looking for an execution-obsessed Senior SDR to own and scale our outbound engine across three motions:
target accounts, referrals, and events,
and turn each into a repeatable, increasingly automated pipeline source.

This isn't a "send 50 emails a day" seat. You'll research and prioritize the right prospects, run multi-channel outreach, and build the automation that lets a lean team punch above its weight. You'll use AI to scale output, but you own the strategy, targeting judgment, and message quality, not just prompt execution. As an AI-native company, we expect you to use AI aggressively to do the work of a much larger team.

You'll work closely with US-based prospects and stakeholders, so meaningful overlap with US working hours is expected.

What You'll Do
- Research & target:
Identify and qualify ICP-aligned accounts and decision-makers across target lists, referrals, and event audiences.
- Run outreach:
Execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)



that generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
- Automate:
Build and refine sequences, workflows, and AI-assisted automation — including enrichment/waterfall processes — to scale outreach without losing personalization.
- Own the three motions:
Outbound from named accounts, structured referral plays, and event interest converted into booked meetings.
- Experiment:
Test messaging, channels, and timing; double down on what converts.
- Keep data clean:
Maintain accurate prospect and activity data across CRM and outreach tools.
- Partner cross-functionally:
Work with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to sharpen targeting and messaging, and surface market and competitive signal from prospect conversations.
- Own the playbook:
Build scalable outbound processes from the ground up; you'll have real latitude to shape how this function runs, not just execute an existing motion.
