Selected candidates will undergo professional banking training and will be appointed as Sales Officers across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and understand their banking requirements.
- Generate leads through field sales activities.
- Promote and sell the Bank's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Travel within the assigned city as required for business development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time Graduate (Any Discipline).
- Experience: 0- 1 year.
- Age: Less than 27 years (Preferred: 24- 25 years).
- Good verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong interest in sales with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Bike and Driving License are good to have but not mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to travel within the assigned city and should not be rigid about the assigned location.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 2.70 LPA
- Incentives: around 15,000
