Role & responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments using standard optometric equipment.
- Prescribe spectacles and contact lenses based on clinical findings and customer requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate frames and lenses by providing professional product recommendations.
- Educate customers on eye health, lens care, and preventive vision care.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining Titan Eye+ service standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with the retail team to achieve store sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Support day-to-day store operations and participate in promotional and customer engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile





Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- 03 years of experience in an optical retail store, eye clinic, or hospital (Freshers with valuable clinical knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Dynamic, young, and enthusiastic optometrist with a passion for eye care.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend suitable optical solutions.
- Well-groomed, professional, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Should be able to speak well in English
