Position Summary
To be a driven business analyst who can work on complex Analytical problems and help the customer in better business decision making especially in Pharma (domain).
Job Responsibilities
Translate solution architecture into detailed technical designs for LS Cloud / Health Cloud configuration and custom development Lead and mentor a pod of 35 Salesforce developers; review code and declarative configuration Own sprint-level build delivery: task breakdown, estimation, daily oversight, demo readiness Configure LS Cloud / Health Cloud objects (HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Care Program), record types, page layouts, security, and sharing Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Platform Events Implement LS Cloud features: HCP engagement, call planning, approved email, MedComms workflows, Agentforce agent build Coordinate with integration, data,
and test workstreams on dependencies Ensure build adheres to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and validation requirements Drive CI/CD using Copado, Gearset, or SFDX with a Git-based source of truth
Education
Bachelor of Engineering
Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer
Work Experience
0-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation Technology
