- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons on hydroponic farming techniques to students and recruits.
- Focus on sustainable agricultural practices within hydroponics, integrating environmental and resource-conscious strategies.
- Develop learning materials and curricula specifically tailored to hydroponic farming systems and practices.
- Train new recruits and farm workers on the proper operation and maintenance of hydroponic systems.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and guide them towards improvement.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in the field of hydroponics and incorporate these insights into teaching materials.
- Organize hands-on workshops and practical training sessions to offer real-world experience in hydroponic farming.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning setting for a diverse range of learners.
- Collaborate with other educators and experts to improve curriculum offerings and maintain high teaching standards.
- Evaluate and improve teaching methods based on student outcomes and performance metrics.




- Facilitate field trips and real-world exposure to hydroponic setups for practical learning experiences.
- Develop, monitor, and update Learning & Development (L&D;) modules related to hydroponics and sustainable agriculture.
- Assist in the development of courses and programs at the learning center to align with industry needs.
- Coordinate for farm visits and field trips for corporate clients, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Hand daily tasks, content delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Initiating farmer interactions for the CDP program and other initiatives.
- Function’s as a trainer for various training programs for Nutrifresh personnel.
- Involvement in daily operations of the COE, managing stakeholders end-to-end.
- Administration and coordination of all programs mentioned above, ensuring end-to end execution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
