Assistant Manager Finance

Requesting your support to initiate hiring for Assistant Manager – Finance in the India back office to support the Global Product Finance team for Agri commodity products. With operations now active or being set up across multiple countries (India, Togo, Ivory Coast, RSA, Indonesia, China, Mozambique, Tanzania, Senegal, Uganda, Canada, Malawi, Guinea Conakry, and Gambia), transaction volumes, reporting requirements, and coordination needs have increased significantly.

Key coverage currently required includes:
- India, Togo, IVC, Senegal, Uganda – handled by Yash (peanuts, sesame, RCN, soybean, cocoa, legumes).
- China – TBD
- Canada – handled through 3P for legumes.
- Mozambique, Tanzania, Malawi, Guinea Conakry, Gambia, RSA,



Indonesia – recent / tobeassigned entities with growing trading in RCN, sesame, legumes, cocoa, peanuts.

To manage this expanded global footprint efficiently, an additional Assistant Manager – Finance in India is required for:
- Consolidated MIS and product-wise profitability, managing working capital cycle time, regular reporting, etc.
- Support for month end closing, audits, compliance, and controls across entities, and
- Daytoday analytical and back-office support to the Global Product Finance Controller.
