About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our construction equipment products, including wall and tap products, Dibcorp, and bore caps, to business customers.

The role primarily involves field sales, customer visits, lead generation, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through field visits, market research, references, and networking.
- Promote and sell walls and taps, Dibcorp, bore caps, and other company products to business customers.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit contractors, dealers, distributors, builders, and other relevant business clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and follow up for order closure.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Keep track of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Requirements
- 05 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
- Candidates from construction equipment, building materials, industrial products, hardware, plumbing, or related industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Valid driving
