We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Video Editor to create engaging video content for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, editing techniques, platform-specific formats, and current short-form video trends. The role will involve working on everything from social media reels and campaign videos to highlight films and long-form YouTube content.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging videos for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other platforms.
- Create short-form content including reels, shorts, promotional videos, and social media edits.
- Edit highlight films, campaign films, interviews, event videos, and corporate content.
- Work on long-form video content for YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, music, and other post-production elements.
- Collaborate with creative, content,



and account management teams to understand briefs and communication objectives.
- Select and structure footage to create compelling narratives.
- Optimise videos for different platforms, aspect ratios, durations, and audience behaviours.
- Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across campaigns.
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Keep up with emerging video formats, editing styles, social media trends, and platform requirements.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably within a digital, advertising, media, or creative agency.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Good understanding of editing, storytelling, pacing, sound, transitions, and visual composition.
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, social media videos, highlight films, and long-form content
