We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing engaging social media creatives, marketing materials, and promotional videos. If you have a creative mindset and enjoy working on digital campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Plan content calendars, manage social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), and engage with the online community.
- Content & Graphic Design: Create eye-catching visuals, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), and catchy captions using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Coreldraw, etc and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
- Paid Advertising: Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
- Performance & Analytics: Track metrics (reach, conversions, CTR) using Google Analytics (GA4) and native insights,



creating weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaign concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices.
- Solid interest and practical knowledge of Generative AI.
- AI video generation and AI image generation.
- AI avatar creation.
- AI voice generation / voice cloning.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing social media creatives, posters, banners, and video editing work.

Keshava Reddy School in Bachupally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
