Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute Pan-India business development strategies for key accounts, beauty chains and corporate clients.

· Identify, approach and acquire new strategic customers, national chains, regional chains, corporate groups and institutional accounts.

· Build and maintain robust relationships with business owners, CXOs, procurement heads, category heads, founders and senior decision-makers.

· Drive the complete business development cycle from lead generation and prospecting to meetings, presentations, negotiations, closure and account expansion.

· Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, commercial discussions and negotiations with key customers.

· Develop strategic partnerships and corporate tie-ups to expand the Nakhun Atelier business across India.

· Prepare account-wise business plans, sales forecasts, pipelines and action plans to achieve assigned targets.

· Manage and grow existing key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, repeat business and long-term relationship management.





· Identify opportunities for expansion across multiple outlets, branches and locations within chain accounts.

· Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences and emerging opportunities within the beauty industry.

· Participate in exhibitions, beauty events, conferences, networking events and industry forums to generate business opportunities.

· Coordinate with management, operations, marketing and other internal teams for smooth execution of business commitments.

· Maintain accurate CRM / sales reports, opportunity pipelines, visit reports and regular management updates.

· Travel extensively across India as required for client meetings, chain visits, corporate discussions and business development activities.

· Represent the Nakhun Atelier brand professionally and maintain high standards of business conduct.
