Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing performance, tracking campaigns, generating leads, monitoring website and social media performance, and providing data-driven insights to improve the company’s online presence and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Track leads, enquiries, conversions, campaign costs and ROI.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Analyze website traffic, user behaviour and conversion performance using Google Analytics / GA4.
- Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings and website visibility.
- Analyze social media reach, engagement, followers and lead generation.
- Track and evaluate Google Ads and Meta Ads performance.




- Identify high-performing and underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Executive, Content Team, Designers and Sales Team.
- Monitor lead quality and coordinate with the sales team to understand lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate marketing databases, campaign records and performance dashboards.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
- Support budget planning and optimization of advertising expenditure.
- Prepare management reports with explicit insights, observations and recommendations.
- Ensure marketing data is accurate, updated and properly documented.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media analytics and digital marketing metrics.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis.
