Key Responsibilities
- Perform Treatments: Administer body wraps, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and various massage modalities (such as Swedish or deep tissue).
- Client Consultation: Review client health history, allergies, or pain points before starting sessions and offer tailored aftercare advice.
- Sanitation & Upkeep: Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and change linens between appointments.
- Sales & Promotion: Recommend and upsell spa retail products, packages, or future treatment upgrades.
- Record Keeping: Update client logs with contact details, specific preferences,



and treatments performed.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification: Diploma or certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or cosmetology from an accredited school.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of human anatomy, physiology, skincare products, and safety protocols.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and perform physical treatments for extended work periods.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, empathy, and a calm, professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts that often include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
