Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Relations/Placements Executive with a strong background in sales and recruitment to support student placements. The ideal candidate should be passionate about outcomes, skilled in onboarding companies, and capable of building lasting corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Company Onboarding
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new hiring partners across industries with a focus on finance, accounting, analytics, and tech.
- Leverage robust communication and sales techniques to generate interest and convert leads into active recruiters.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and recruitment heads.

Student Placement Execution
- Coordinate hiring opportunities and interview processes for students.
- Work with students to assess readiness, guide them on job profiles, and prepare them for interviews.
- Match student profiles to relevant job roles and coordinate interviews and offer processes.

Collaboration & Communication




- Coordinate with internal academic and training teams to align placement readiness.
- Deliver timely updates and clear communication to students and employers.
- Represent the organization in hiring drives, virtual job fairs, and employer meetings.

Key Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in placements, recruitment, business development, or corporate relations.
- Prior experience in corporate relations, student placement, sales, business development, or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
