Roles and Responsibilities
- Reponsible for Labour matters and liasoning with Labour officers to safegaurd organization on legal compliance aspect
- Must have experience in handling labour court cases and drafting replies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements related to contract labour act.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in labor compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for labor law adherence across all operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to labor compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in HR Legal & Compliance role, preferably from real-estate or manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
- Robust knowledge of Contract Labour Act, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, and Regulatory Compliance
