Executive Summary

Responsible for ensuring comprehensive security, vigilance, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance across multiple cattle feed manufacturing plants. The role leads security operations, risk mitigation, incident response, and audit readiness.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the security and vigilance of a cluster of factories located in Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.

- Reduction in pilferage and theft incidents
• Audit and compliance scores
• Incident response time




• CCTV and security systems uptime
• Effectiveness of vigilance controls

Qualifications & Experience
- Ex-Serviceman (JCO / Equivalent) from Army / Navy / Air Force / CISF preferred
• Minimum 1015 years of relevant experience in security operations
• Experience in an industrial / manufacturing security setting is highly desirable
• Medical Category: Preferably SHAPE-1

Preferred Certifications & Additional Requirements
- Fire Safety Certification preferred
• Industrial Security / Safety Certifications desirable
• Discipline: Exemplary, in line with military standards of conduct and integrity
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
