About the Role

Dizimods is looking for an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Associate to manage and grow our e-commerce operations and marketplace activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace operations.
- Handle product listings, catalogues, descriptions, pricing and product updates.
- Manage marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor orders, inventory, returns and cancellations.
- Track sales and marketplace performance.
- Manage promotions, offers and product visibility.
- Prepare sales and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Monitor competitors, pricing and marketplace trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and inventory management.




- Resolve marketplace-related issues and coordinate with platform support teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and product performance.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant e-commerce/marketplace experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
- Knowledge of product listing and catalogue management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Location Preference

Candidates from Zirakpur, Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Kharar and nearby Tricity areas are encouraged to apply.

Salary

₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.
