Role & responsibilities

The Incumbent will be responsible for Strategic Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Innovative Solutions for improving performance of Area Managers.

1) Give strategic inputs to the Operations Director vis--vis operational issues in his region

2) Ensure that the region targets are achieved through the team.

3) To Monitor Performance of Area Managers for Smooth functioning in the region

4) To Plan and Suggest innovative Solutions for day-to-day operations by regular monitoring & evaluations of processes of the team to achieve desired outcomes.

5) To ensure desired social impact in the community

6) To confirm all the documentation has been done adhering to the process guidelines.

7) To help and guide identification & completing due diligence for running livelihood trainings.

8)



To recruit and train the team & maintain the attrition level at the lowest. Ensure optimum performance from all team members.

9) To inculcate Quality consciousness & adhere to Operations audit parameters.

10) Develop careers plan for the Area Managers & to build second level of Managers.

11) Liaisoning and maintaining positive relationship with all stake holders involved.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate needs to understand that he/she would be working in the social sector. Empathy is an essential trait.
