Service Advisor – Automobile Dealership

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle service requirements, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspection and accurately prepare job cards.
- Explain required repairs, service procedures, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team for timely completion of jobs.
- Regularly update customers regarding vehicle service status.
- Ensure proper follow-up on additional repairs and approvals.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
- Explain completed work and service charges to customers at the time of delivery.
- Maintain proper service records and customer details.




- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer service standards and processes.
- Achieve assigned customer satisfaction, revenue, and service targets.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership/workshop is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma / ITI.
- Positive knowledge of automobile servicing and basic vehicle technical concepts.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and workshop staff.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with service/job-card software is preferred.
- Should be target-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in an automobile dealership/workshop, preferably in a Servi
