Key Responsibilities:
- Develop weekly/monthly demand forecasts using sales history, trends, promotions, and seasonality.
- Manage Safety Stock, Reorder Points (ROP), and replenishment plans.
- Optimize inventory across warehouses and sales channels.
- Analyze inventory ageing, excess, slow/non-moving stock and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor KPIs such as WOS, DOH, Fill Rate, Service Level, MAPE, and Forecast Bias.
- Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to improve inventory turnover.
- Conduct SKU-level analysis, ABC classification, and product lifecycle planning.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement in demand planning and inventory processes.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Inventory Planning & Supply Chain.




- Hands-on experience in forecasting and replenishment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Dynamic Arrays).
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems preferred.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
