Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (MIS) and regulatory requirements related to financial reporting.
- Oversee cash flow management, including tracking expenses, revenues, and profits/losses.
- Develop investor relations materials such as quarterly reports and presentations.
- This is a founding finance hire. Build systems and processes from scratch.
- Reporting directly to the founder and board

Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in finance control or a related field within the high growth setup (Post qualification experience)
- CA is mandatory (Passed out 2019-2022)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (MIS) and financial reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets and cash flows effectively.
- Experience with investor relations activities such as preparing quarterly reports.
