Shyam Steel is looking for motivated candidates for the position of Sales Officer (SO) – Construction Chemical.

The role will focus on developing sales of construction chemical products, building relationships with dealers,

contractors, applicators and project stakeholders, and achieving assigned sales targets within the allotted territory.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate sales of construction chemical products within the assigned territory.

* Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders and applicators.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

* Conduct regular market visits and gather information on competitors, pricing and market demand.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

* Coordinate with existing customers for product requirements, orders and follow-ups.

* Promote product applications and communicate product features and benefits to customers.





* Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the concerned teams when required.

* Prepare regular sales, market visit and customer activity reports.

* Maintain strong market coverage and ensure timely execution of sales plans.

Candidate Profile

* Freshers are eligible to apply.

* Candidates with experience in Paint, Cement, TMT, Construction Chemicals or other Building Material industries

will be preferred.

* Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Solid willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

* Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable with field sales.

* Candidates should be locally based in or willing to work from the assigned location.

* Basic knowledge of the local market and customer network will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
