Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of electronic components and PCB/PCBA materials.
- Source components through distributors and authorized suppliers such as DigiKey, Mouser, Arrow Electronics, element14/Farnell and other approved vendors.
- Procure:
- Resistors, capacitors and inductors
- ICs, microcontrollers and processors
- Diodes, transistors and MOSFETs
- Connectors and switches
- Crystals and oscillators
- Sensors and modules
- Power supplies and regulators
- PCB fabrication and PCBA requirements
- Cables, wires and other electronic hardware
- Review BOMs and identify required components, quantities and specifications.
- Verify Manufacturer Part Number (MPN), datasheets, package, value, tolerance and availability.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations based on price, MOQ, lead time, availability and payment terms.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).




- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery schedules.
- Track shortages, delays, backorders and material shortages and coordinate corrective action.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Stores, Quality and Accounts teams.
- Maintain approved vendor and supplier records.
- Identify alternate/second-source components in coordination with Engineering.
- Monitor component lead times, lifecycle status, EOL/obsolete parts and supply risks.
- Support urgent/critical component procurement for production and customer requirements.
- Ensure purchased components comply with the approved BOM and technical requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, quotations, POs, invoices and delivery documentation.
- Support cost reduction and supplier development initiatives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
