Role & responsibilities

The Events & Exhibition Management Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of global exhibitions and customer events. The role acts
as the central coordinator between global stakeholders, suppliers, exhibition organizers, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery, budget compliance, and seamless customer experience.

The position requires robust project management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global business environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Exhibitions:
- Take full ownership of global exhibitions and events, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
- Liaise with exhibition organizers, booth builders, logistics providers, and external vendors
- Support organization of customer events and internal events
- Control and manage budget and coordinate production activities of booth graphics, marketing collaterals etc.
- Manage logistics planning,



including international shipment of marketing materials and exhibits
- Ensure timely completion of all exhibition-related deliverables
- Support onsite event setup, execution, and dismantling when required
- Track exhibition KPIs and prepare post-event reports
- Internal and External Events (Online and Offline):
- Coordinate customer seminars, workshops, and corporate events
- Manage venue bookings, participant registrations, travel coordination, and event schedules
- Develop event communication materials and attendee information packs
- Coordinate with event suppliers and service providers
- Ensure smooth event execution
- Project Management
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and action trackers
- Monitor project progress and proactively follow up on open actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain project documentation and reporting within approved project management too
