Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Non-IT Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, including understanding role requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.



The role involves coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, facilitating assessment processes, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The recruiter will maintain and update recruitment records, support employer branding efforts, and collaborate closely with HR and business teams to meet staffing needs within defined timelines. The position also requires adherence to company policies, recruitment best practices, and continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting telephonic or in-person interviews for non-IT roles.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, including coordinating with hiring managers and handling offer negotiation and closure.
- Proficiency in using job portals, professional networking platforms, and recruitment databases for talent acquisition.
- Ability to maintain recruitment reports, track hiring
