Role Snapshot
This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Performance Management System (PMS) process from a goal setting and KRAKPI governance perspective.
The PMS Executive ensures:
- Every employee has clearly defined KRAs & KPIs
- Every KPI has a defined, measurable data source in the system
- PMS activities are completed on time and with clean data

This role does NOT handle appraisal decisions, increments, promotions, or compensation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities (Crisp & Clear)
1. Goal Setting & KRAKPI Management
- Coordinate quarterly / annual goal setting.
- Work with departments to create, review, and standardize KRAs & KPIs.
- Ensure old KRAs are closed/revised and current KRAs are correctly mapped.

2. KPI Measurability & Data Source Control
- Ensure 100% KPIs are measurable and objective.
- Define for each KPI:
- What is measured
- How it is measured




- Source of data (system / MIS / ERP / tracker)
- Flag and correct vague or non-measurable KPIs.

3. PMS Timeline & Review Tracking
- Own and track the PMS calendar.
- Ensure timely completion of goal setting and reviews for all employees.
- Follow up and escalate delays or non-compliance.

4. PMS System & Data Management
- Update and maintain KRAs, KPIs, and review data in the PMS system.
- Ensure data accuracy, version control, and confidentiality.
- Maintain PMS trackers, dashboards, and MIS.

5. Documentation & Governance
- Maintain PMS documentation and SOPs.
- Ensure PMS data is audit-ready at all times.

6. Stakeholder Support (Process Only)
- Clarify PMS process, timelines, and system steps to managers and employees.
