Site Engineer – Civil | Akruti Developer

Akruti Developer is looking for a Site Engineer – Civil with good knowledge of site execution and estimation to manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor material requirements, usage, and availability at the site.
- Prepare and maintain quantity estimates, BOQs, measurements, and basic cost calculations.
- Check quantities of completed work and assist in contractor bill verification.
- Monitor work progress and prepare regular site progress reports.
- Ensure quality of construction work and adherence to safety standards.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of measurements,



materials, drawings, and site documentation.
- Support planning and execution to ensure projects are completed within the defined timelines and budget.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in site execution and/or estimation.
- Valuable knowledge of civil construction practices and site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, and billing.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
