Brief about the Team
The B&M; Retail team at Tata 1mg is responsible for delivering a strong in-store customer experience and supporting retail, marketing, and promotional activities. The team works closely with customers and internal stakeholders to drive effective brand communication and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Promotion & Customer Engagement
- Promote Tata 1mg products and partner brands through field activities and promotional campaigns.
- Engage with customers and explain product features, benefits, and offers.
- Create awareness about products and ongoing promotional activities.
- Build robust customer relationships through professional communication.
- Use effective sales pitching and convincing skills to engage customers.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and communicate their benefits effectively.
Product Knowledge & Sales Communication
- Understand Tata 1mg products and partner brands thoroughly.
- Demonstrate products and answer customer queries confidently.
- Communicate product information in a clear and convincing manner.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend relevant products.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 27 years in brand promotion, sales, field sales, retail sales, FMCG, beauty, healthcare, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales pitch and convincing skills.
- Good product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
